Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds
Everything you need to know about our shipping process, returns, cancellations, and warranty policies.
1. Shipping Information
If you want to purchase and/or want us to ship the product to any other state or country, please let us know on our contact numbers which are mentioned on the Contact Us page.
We ship through reputed courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery of your premium electronics.
Delivery Time: Shipping can take up to 5 to 6 working days depending upon product availability and/or other possible circumstances.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are extra. It depends on the weight and quantity of the product and is calculated automatically when you purchase a product at checkout.
2. Returns & Warranty
Returns and warranty (if any) have been explicitly mentioned with particular products on their respective product information pages.
Please note that the warranty solely depends upon the respective manufacturer. We assist our customers in claiming warranties as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraud prevention).
If an order is cancelled from our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your original payment method (bank account or card, whichever is applicable) within 10 working days.
4. Unaccepted Prepaid Orders
In the event that an order is prepaid but the customer does not accept, receive, collect, or returns the courier:
The shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount. The remaining balance will be refunded back to your account after evaluating the issue and receiving the returned product safely.
5. Legal & Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute, the decision of the management of ShreeKant Electronics would be final and binding.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gandhinagar (Gujarat) only.
